Eighth Stop – Hilversum – 2013 Europe Spring Tour
- We missed our stop due to a stuck train door on our way to Hilversum. This was the station we had to turn around at.
- This is an international church that has services in Dutch and English.
- Our incredible hosts, the Konings. We learned to enjoy chocolate sprinkles for breakfast!
- Amy found her name while shopping in Hilversum.
- Amy lead the Good Friday worship service at Thousand Hills.
- We enjoyed quality time with the Konings over late night tea and apple pie.
- Marcel and Annemarie had the sweetest gift basket for us with traditional Netherlands treats.
- Amy with her incredibly talented “bandmates.”
- Amy ran into an old friend from Amsterdam.
- There were stations all around the room to remind us of the crucifixion and communion stations.
- They had an artist painting this during the service.
- Thousand Hills Church in Hilversum was packed for the Good Friday service.
- Shana and Nathan played a fun game of ball in the house.
- This musical organ goes around the city for money. It was very unique!
- We enjoyed a short time shopping with Annemarie in Hilversum.
