Clint & Amy WEDDING DAY March 10, 2012

Well, this post has been delayed by newlywed life, but I just had to tell you that CLINT & I were married on March 10th, 2012.  WE are SO Thankful to the Lord for the gift of each other! 🙂 Here’s some pictures of our day…and better yet, we have a video for you to watch!~ 🙂  OUR WEDDING DAY Memories 10 min.

The 3 months in-between engagement and wedding day were filled with travel, Christmas, New Years, one wonderful speaking engagement squeezed in for a Women’s event at Chicago Tabernacle  (it’s truly like a 2nd home church to me and one of the most God-focused, prayer-running, “where the power of God is” churches I’ve ever been to – I love you guys! 🙂

The wedding planning – was an unbelievable showing of God’s grace and the love of friends and family.  We were moved to tears on more than one occasion as God provided not only what we could afford but a more extravagant beautiful wedding than we could have ever dreamed.  It was as if everyone came together to bless us when we were wanting to love on all those we treasure! 🙂  We still don’t know how some of the things got finished!  A time of great partying for sure – I had always thought it would be great to have a wedding that lasted days like in the Bible times…God gave us a 2012 version of that! 🙂 When all was said and done there were a little less than 500 in attendance.  13 Bridesmaids, and 10 Groomsmen – ALL willing to come from their various states and bless us with their standing with us on our “Covenant before God and Man” Day.  Not only that but friends we knew from all over the world made their way to little Nashville…and that’s not even speaking of family who all came out in what seemed like loving crowds…helping to “lead” us to the altar with their support and impact in our lives. My Father and Brian Petak led the ceremony….it was a moving worship experience that we will never forget.  I could go into the ceremony and all its intricacies and symbols, but really and truly I don’t know how to list about the choir of musicians, the grand sanctuary, the song I walked down the aisle to symbolizing the Bride before OUR GREAT BRIDEGROOM, my Father telling everyone the Gospel unplanned but moved by God, the entire congregation singing praises to the ONE together, and then the laughter and tears that only a Father marrying his daughter could bring, our first communion with a well-known song sung by one of the writers, a prayer over us by those closest to us, our vows…   I’ll just stop there, but I can’t tell you what it will mean forever to Clint and I to have had all those there and afar praying and in one accord on our marriage before the LORD!

Our wedding Day was truly a dream! 🙂  I’ve included a couple of pictures at the top…and please feel free to watch a video where Clint and I introduce ourselves and tell our story through pictures and interview – everyone seemed to love it from our reception! 🙂 CLINT…AMY

We have every intention of living together for God to get even more glory than He ever could have through us each single….and we trust that He will continue the work He has started in us to make us more like Him through .  To His Name and For His Glory….

P.S. OH MY GOODNESS….we are MARRIED!  I told someone that being married to Clint is like me realizing that there was a groove I was meant to fit in that I didn’t even know existed till now! 🙂  I love Clint Fields and can’t wait to see what God has in store for the rest of our lives together! 🙂
